December 14th, 2007 Posted in BMW, HistoryThe BMW was officially founded as a limited company in 1922, but traces its origins at the pilot days of German aviation all the manner again at 1913. Two of these pilot men, Karl Rapp and Gustav Otto, are credited in BMW as “the founding starters”.
However, the BMW owes its real foundation by three men Josef Popp, Friz maximum, and Camillo Castiglioni. There are times in the early founding’ of the company these three men brought up the BMW to so complicated situations, as well as to carry the company to become public in 1922 within the form of BMW AG.

Starting with engines of plane, BMW AG produced a variety of products in its first years, shifting thereafter with the production of motor bike in 1923 and the cars in 1929. The blue and white logo circular of BMW, which was not changed in all the history of the company, does not symbolize in making an engine spinner, as per accordance by a spokesman in BMW. The trade mark of BMW is supposed to have been partially derived from its logo from the forerunner company which is Rapp Motorenwerke, all in finally taking the colors and the controllers in the flag of Bavaria.
