BMW Italdesign Nasca C2 Spotted

March 16th, 2008 Posted in BMW, Concept car, Exclusive, Italdesign Nasca C2, Race car, Racing

Exoticspotter.com has an extremely good listing of a Italdesign Nasca C2 BMW that was spotted parked in the streets of Monte Carlo, Monaco. The Italdesign Nasca C2 was a concept that never went into production, but it’s still an amazing piece of design and engineering…

Bet this car is worth millions by now — one lucky Monegasque!

Not only that, but look at the ages of the cars around it on the street. Looks like 1989. This is fake as they come.

I would think they wouldn’t let their concept cars be driven out on the street for liability reasons. I’m guessing it’s a kit on an NSX owned by someone thoroughly obsessed with BMW history.

You guys are right, look at the fit of the panels on the body, it’s definitely a kit.

Looks like you’re very much correct, looks very alike though, like it!

Seems like y’all don’t know Monaco, nore cars… I’ve seen more exclusive cars then this car. This is in front of the Casino of Monaco, one thing is for sure, kitcars don’t get there to park. The Casino is very keen on that only the nicest and most expensive cars get to park there in front. So…not a single doubt in my mind, this one is real.

I think it looks like a kit car one off from an nsx. Not to mention the rims arent keeping up with the times

There is no doubt that the pictures are real, however the year they were taken is the question. From the looks of the valet and the car that is being dropped off (come to think of it every damn car on that street) It was taken no later than 1988.
