4、The latest R&D Results
Since 2011 to 2014, we have developed 32 new products, the total bonus expenditure is ￥1,620,000
Of which:
The newly developed EvenCurtain coating system is applied to the web width/speed at 880~6000mm/ 1200 mpm, with steady performance, no drag and no break. The coating weight crosswise uniform degree can reach up to ±5%. This product was completed its with-starch commissioning at China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute;
Sway-Unwinder is applied to the web width/speed at 2800～6000mm/1200mpm, with steady splicing and no break. Its brake also runs steadily; the double position drive can interchange steadily; the splicing success rate is 98%;
Using the newly developed drying technology, for the effective drying area per every square meter in the single face dryer, the dehydration rate is increased from 17kg/m2/h to 21 kg/m2/h; for that in double face dryer, this dehydration will be increased from 24 kg/m2/h to 30 kg/m2/h, or if this rate is only increased to 26.4 kg/m2/h, thus the blower power will be decreased 20%;
The newly developed coating device is applied to machine with max. speed at 900m/min, max web width at 6000mm. Through cylinder, the color groove can rotate over 90°, so it can be washed quite thoroughly. The special made metal air tire is rather steady, make the crosswise coating weight error is ≤±5%; through manual screw rod to regulate, is also steady and the crosswise coating error is≤±5%;
The new type threading unit, the max vacuum level is up to -4000Pa, which can make the threading device to pass the convey belt, through the vacuum space induced by the high speed air under the convey belt to carry the web to the next threading rope’s connecting point, etc.
In recent years, we have totally obtained 33 invent patent and utility new model patent.

■ R&D Center
Our R&D center was founded in 1997. There are 61 engineers all together, among them, 6 holding senior titles, 33 with intermediate titles, and one senior specialist enjoys state council special government allowance. We have set up an intranet web system which is in the leading position in the machinery industry in China. The CAD work station can process 2-D and 3-D design. We have advanced equipment for test and experiment: NC dial indicator thickness tester, digital coating thickness tester, round head mill voltmeter, electronic potentiometer, and residual stress analyzer and ultrasonic diagnosis ultrasonic flaw detection.
